Driving in Rain

  • Brake earlier — Wet roads increase stopping distance by 30-40%
  • Smooth inputs — Jerky steering and throttle cause loss of traction
  • Follow tire tracks — Rubber on racing line provides slightly more grip
  • Use wet tires — Racing wets or sport tires in heavy rain
  • Reduce speed — 80% of dry pace is safe, pushing harder risks spins

Driving in Snow

  • AWD is strongly recommended — RWD is extremely challenging
  • Rally tires or snow tires — Essential for any control
  • Drift everywhere — Snow makes every corner a drift zone (and it's fun)
  • Increase following distance — Stopping on snow takes 2-3x longer
  • Watch for ice patches — Shaded areas freeze first

Driving in Fog

  • Use your map — Navigate by map when you can't see the road
  • Follow the driving line — The racing line is visible through fog
  • Reduce speed — Corners appear without warning in thick fog
  • High beams don't help — Standard headlights work better in fog
  • Third-person camera — Slightly better visibility than cockpit

Weather Achievements

  • "Weather Master" — Complete events in every weather condition
  • "Snow Drifter" — Earn 50,000 drift points in a snowstorm
  • "Rain Dancer" — Win a street race in heavy rain
