The Estate (Yashiki House) is a buildable plot of land in Hokubu, unlocked with the first Discover Japan Stamp. For only 10,000 Cr, it's the best value property in FH6.

How to Unlock
The Estate is unlocked during the first festival visit in the story. It serves as your permanent base of operations. Additional customization options are unlocked through:
- Accolades — earn building permits through in-game achievements
- Game progression — new items unlock as you expand your Horizon Festival
- Seasonal events — limited-time decorations tied to festival playlists
Visiting Other Estates
Use the Social Menu → Visit Estate to browse:
- Friends' Estates
- Recently visited
- Featured builds (curated by Playground Games)
You cannot modify another player's Estate, but you can take photos and leave "likes."
