Forza Horizon 6 Progression System — Two Parallel Tracks
FH6 has a major departure from previous Horizon games: two independent progression systems that you advance simultaneously. Understanding both is key to efficient progress.
Track 1: Horizon Festival (Wristbands)
This is the traditional racing progression. Earn Festival Points through races, PR Stunts, and events.
| Wristband | Points Required | Unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| 🟤 Bronze | Start | Basic events |
| ⚪ Silver | ~2,000 | New regions, Street Racing |
| 🟡 Gold | 32,500 | Legend Island, Colossus, Goliath |
Fastest way to earn Festival Points:
- Win races on higher difficulties
- 3-star PR Stunts
- Smash XP Bonus Boards
- Photograph new cars at race starts
- Use "Festival Recommended" map filter
Track 2: Discover Japan (Stamps)
Earn Japan Points through exploration, photography, deliveries, and side activities.
| Stamp | JP Required | Key Unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| 🟡 Yellow | Start | Yashiki House (Estate), first Barn Find |
| 🟢 Green | ~15 activities | Minka House |
| 🔵 Blue | ~30 activities | Hakusan Mountain Lodge |
| 🥇 Gold | ~130 activities | Vision House, final Barn Find (Mazda 787B) |
16 activity types feed this track, including Day Trips, Touge Battles, Drift Club Japan, Food Delivery, and Mascot hunting.
